Tommy is a excellent guide. We caught redfish, trout and black drum. He was super patient with our young daughter and concluded the trip by taking us to a place he fished as a kid for her. Sure enough ended catching trout after trout on her snoopy pole.
We went home with a ton of fish and smiles on our faces from just a really fun,uplifting morning.
Would recommend to any friend, family.

Great morning of fishing down in Rockport. We caught our limits of line stripping black drum in a hour. We added two giant redfish before the storm ran us off the water.
We highly recommend Tommy Barnard. We have enjoyed 25 years of fishing with him

I have been fishing with Tommy Fish for 25 years. He has always shown his knowledge of the fish movements and the bay area we were fishing. Tommy Fish is great with the kids sharing the importance following the rules. I would HIGHLY recommend Tommy Fish to anyone looking for a great fishing trip.

"Tommy, wow!! We had a great time fishing today This was a very special trip for our family, three generations of Story men and me the lone female. How fun it was to watch my FIL who is 80 catch red! Watching Kirk and our son, Earl catch more fish, wow wee! Of course I had a blast catching them too!! This was our second trip (me, Kirk, and Earl) first for Buddy (aka FIL/Earl). You have worked very hard both times to get us a good catch. This time you really showed your grit, getting in the water to catch bait. After we saw the shark.

Coming from a daughter of a dad who was a very longtime freshwater guide and who grew up fishing you know your stuff. You don't stay at a spot if it is not producing, you move around till there is some action--keepers. It is fun to catch reds but it is more fun to catch some keepers."

"Spring Break 2013 was the best trip yet! We booked several trips this week and came away with 3 Reds (biggest 30”) and 33 Huge Black Drum. We limited out one day. At one point we could see the drum coming at us in waves! What a blast. I had to go to Walmart and buy another cooler because we had so many fish. Some of our best memories are fishing with Tommy.

"August, 2009: We headed out of Cove Harbor before dawn with high spirits and low expectations due to the lack of rain and high salinity in the Bay. His knowledge of the Bays, patient teaching of new techniques, and sense of humor made our day on the Bay a most memorable event.
